• Participate in Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plan activities
• Responsible for Internal and External Audit of Raw Material Procurement Processes

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder (Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent)
• Preferably min 3 years and above experience in Semiconductor
• Related Fab experience in Raw Material Purchasing will be an added advantage
• Soft skills (Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint, Oracle, SAP) is an added advantage
• Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.

As a Warehouse Process Executive, you'll be responsible for:

• Reviewing areas in warehouse operations where technology can enhance processes.
• Applying skills and knowledge in warehousing, transportation and freight operations to create solutions to operational problems.
• Has a strong understanding of the information flow for end-to-end warehouse processes from order initiation to receiving, handling, distribution and storage to write Standard Operating Procedures.
• Conducting targeted conversations with customers and peers to identify customer needs.
• Ad-hoc duties from the manager.

Ideally, you should have:

• Minimum a Diploma in Admin / Operations / Logistics
• Preferably 3 years related working experience in the logistics industry with a strong employer endorsement
• Stable, systematic and logical, meticulous with a good eye for detail.
• An independent worker, a team player and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient with MS Office.

Procurement Executive

Location: Tuas (near to Gul Circle MRT)

Salary: $2,500 - $4,500

Working days: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 1pm (alt Saturday after probation)

Job Description:

• Manage procurement activities for Technical/Provisional ship supply items
• Source for suppliers based on competitive cost, quality, delivery performance
• Evaluate vendors & compare quality
• Consolidates marketing, sales and logistical information
• Negotiates contract terms & conditions
• Maintain and build relations with new and existing suppliers
• Ensures timely delivery of goods
• Assist in audits on procurement related matters
• Any other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum O level
• Working experience in ship supply industry is preferred.
• Technical ship product knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of MTS (Marine Transportation System) is an advantage.
