Job Description
Officer will be involved in Control Room (Group Compliance) functions listed below: -
1. Provide research clearances for Research Department (against research blackout list)
2. Maintain greylists and blackout lists in the PIP System
3. Process staff's trade applications
4. Handle staff's general enquiries relating to Staff Trading Policy & Chinese Walls & Conflict Management Policy
5. Perform user acceptance testings for new PIP System
6. Must be a fast learner.
