KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage assurance engagements by defining the audit strategy in consultation with the director / partner and execute it in compliance with the firm’s policies and protocols. When required, you'll personally execute complex audit procedures and lead teams or parts of teams on engagements, depending on the size of the engagement.
• Manage projects and engagements profitably by leading the team to perform efficiently.
• Monitor the assurance team's progress against the plan and alter it when needed.
• Cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Generate new business opportunities by understanding the services provided by our sister concerns and actively assess/present ways to apply knowledge and services.
• Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/on-the-job training.mbers attain experiences that cultivate technical competencies.
• Developpeople by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the assurance team.

• Obtained or in the final stages of obtaining CPA Singapore qualification.

• At least 3 years of related work experience in a managerial role.

• Expected to assist the Managers in planning and meeting clients to clarify and resolve issues;
• Familiar with regulatory and reporting requirements;

• Deliver quality audit services to clients by performing efficiently and effectively in a structured work environment

Requirements

• Excellent analytical skills and has sound knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with people of all levels, with a good command in English

• Daily administration of front desk duties such as answering calls, handling clients enquiries via email/phone, filing and etc
• Simple accounting works using a user-friendly accounting software to generate sales invoices
• Handle incoming or outgoing couriers, postages and mailing of documents.
• Handle any administrative and clerical work given
• Candidate must possess at least minimum GCE O' Level or Diploma in any field
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage for this position
• Assisting Auditors with bank confirmations, audit schedules & formalities.
