- Analyse internal operational systems to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and works standards.
- Create, modify, update and implement the work methodology and procedure.
- Develop risk management strategies and managing company’s WSH requirements.
- Design control systems to address cases of violation of operational direction.
- Planning and arranging training programs for staff to meet contractual & regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with other department to ensure that operation department is in line with company’s policies.
- Advise and report to the executive management on operational related matter, risks and any other policy development.
Quality
· Oversee and point of contact for implementation of smart technology for the entire organisation. (Robotics, smart system and TMS)
- Provide strategic advice to the project staff for the understanding & identification contractual requirements
- Review of any project related correspondence and proposing a suitable strategy for preparing the response and advising on potential contractual implications arising therefrom.
- Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to project staffs and to provide contract awareness, interpretation and advice to project team.
- Formulating monthly project budgeting report for senior management monitoring and analysis.
- Perform, ensure, monitor & checking of all project monthly report submission/ claims requirements for billing.
- Assist in ISO audit and implementation
