Responsibilities:
- Working with business units in gathering requirements and understand of current workflows.
- Provide feedback for system enhancement throughout project lifecycle.
- Develop and prepare comprehensive test scenarios aligned with business requirements.
- Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within strict timelines.
- Proactively identify, report and defects/issues, following up with IT or vendor teams until resolution.
- Create detailed documentation for assigned tasks.
- Flexibly support additional duties as assigned, including after-hours Quality Assurance testing support.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Digital Media, Multimedia, or IT.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Ability to work night shifts to support production releases is required.
- Must possess analytical and meticulous attention to detail.
