Responsibilities:
- Inspect factory equipment for cleanliness prior to production.
- Perform comprehensive checks on raw materials and finished products for quality, including microbial, sensory, and visual evaluations.
- Immediately report any quality concerns to supervisors for investigation and resolution.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule material inspections and sampling.
- Verify certificates to ensure raw materials meet required standards before use.
- Provide training for new staff members.
- Assist with both internal and external audits.
- Maintain precise and accurate records.
- Calibrate equipment as necessary.
- Manage inventory and ensure lab cleanliness.
- Issue Certificates of Analysis for materials and finished products.
- To perform any additional tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work independently, as well as a team player.
- Possess good communication skills – written and verbal
