Job Description / Talent Match:-

1) Act as test lead and generate test documentation such as test strategy, test report, test planning. Working with team member whenever required
2) Understand and translate requirements, design/functional specifications to define test requirements, and design test cases.
3) Participate in reviews for feature requirements. Perform analysis and improvement on the existing test cases.

5) Debug failures, report and track anomalies Develop test ware, test script and execute firmware functional tests based on established guidelines. Debug failures, report and track anomalies.

Requirements:

1) Hands on experience in Manual testing. Like different types of tests(Hardware test , Firmware test , Software test )
2) Knowledge and expertise in Test Engineering processes (Agile, continuous integration, waterfall) and methods for test case design and test coverage optimization.
3) Knowledge and expertise in test automation tools.
4) Hands on experience in test automation frameworks
5) Programming experience in scripting languages is required (preferably Python).
6) Experience in Ladder Programming is required
7) Experience/knowledge of industrial automation and PLC application.
8) Good electrical and Test bed design skill/experience good to have.
9) Experience with test lab development and support.
10) Experience with bug/anomaly tracking and triage systems.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of Tosca automation engineers, overseeing the design and implementation of test automation frameworks.
• Strategize and develop test data automation solutions to enhance testing efficacy and efficiency.
• Manage the creation, maintenance, and execution of automated test scripts using Tosca for functional testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Tosca tools, ensuring optimal functionality during test script development.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to align automation strategies with business requirements.
Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Tosca Testsuite with a strong grasp of its features for automation such as Tosca Commander, Tosca Executor, and Tosca APIs.
• Proficient in CI/CD practices and integrating Tosca with other tools such as Jenkins, and JIRA.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and databases for backend testing.
• Familiarity with scripting languages to enhance test scenarios and validations.
• Required experience or understanding of using Dex and Jenkins (or any other CI/CD tool).

• Proven experience as a test automation lead with extensive use of Tosca.
• Strong background in banking and financial services.
