Manage project issues and provide documentation for management reporting.
Set critical evaluation criteria (e.g., Critical Points) and coordinating with the departments (e.g., IT, Compliance, Front office, Transaction banking).
Respond to regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
Report on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
Scheduling project and resource planning ensuring that resource allocation is optimized and dependencies across all projects are considered.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth project execution.
Basic Requirements:
Extensive experience in managing PMO tasks, particularly in core banking projects.
Proven ability to lead and execute all PMO tasks.
Background in the banking industry (either as an employee or consultant).
Familiarity with package system implementations.
Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
Attention to detail and Proactive in solving problems
Experience in core banking projects.
Experience in managing cross-functional issues in areas like Remittance, Trade Finance, Corporate Lending, Markets, and Security.
Education: Diploma/bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently or in teams.
User Interaction & Requirements Gathering: Experience interacting with users to gather and refine project requirements will be an advantage.
Experience in developing user-friendly automation tools to enhance project efficiency will be an advantage.
