Our client is a regional venture capital firm with a strong track record in the region. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Compliance Associate. The position is based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities:
- Liaise with investors and conduct KYC/AML checks
- Conduct CRS/ FACTA filings and review documents
- Work as a team on compliance filing and regulatory license issues
- Manage and update the firm’s compliance policies and framework
- Keep track of new regulatory development and provide updates to the firm
- Handle ad-hoc tasks related to compliance
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of Compliance or KYC /AML/FATCA experience
- Exposure to Fund Management industry such as Venture Capital / Private Equity industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or other tertiary qualification
- Understanding to regulatory compliance is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Responsible, meticulous, motivated
