The successful candidate will be responsible to develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes for ongoing construction projects and ensure the application of the Lessons Learnt process.

Responsibilities:

Quality Control:

· Lead the creation of a QC process for the region

· Create standardized Inspection and Test plan for projects

· Create standard QC checklists and inspection forms for the projects, supported by the local project teams

· Support the implementation of the forms for all projects

Lessons Learnt /Return On Experience:

· Be the organizer of the REX workshops for tenders and projects

· Create and maintain an accessible, user-friendly REX library

· Ensure the learnings are integrated by the different stakeholders(Project development, projects, management,…)

Requirements:

· Engineering Degree in Thermal, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in industry, ideally in construction industry

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance

· Good understanding of Testing & Commissioning activity

· Fluent English is essential (written and oral)

· Good communication skills (to team members, client, contractors, internal management)

An exciting opportunity as an Electrical, Instrument & Telecom/ QC Inspector awaits the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

· Carry out inspection as per daily inspections requests/job assigned by QA Trainee Technicians/Technicians.

· Co-ordinate with production QC on inspection and quality-controlled activities.

· Report to QA Engineers/QA Technicians with regards to any non-compliance or discrepancies found during inspections.

· Be familiar with loop test, Hi pot test, Mechanical completion check ITR.

· Perform E&I related Equipment and material inspection during receiving meet the purchase specifications.

· Check for protection and preservation of Electrical & Instrument system.

· Assign the systems to be tested to the various supervisors and technicians involved in the operation.

· Ensure the Quality work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

· Coordinate with all sections for Inspection & testing requirements.

· Liaise with owners, class surveyors and government bodies pertaining to project requirements.

· Coordinate the testing/ commissioning requirements with Engineering, Project Manager, QA Department, and vendors.

· Report and non-conformance and issue Improvement note, where necessary.

· Ensure timely completion of project.

· Ensure all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.

· Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

· Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

· Minimum 5-10 years of experience, 3 years in marine construction and installations

· Familiar with word/Excel/quality software

· ISA CCST Level II / Level III

· NCCER

An exciting opportunity as a Senior Commissioning Inspector awaits the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

· To inspect the control of Commissioning Activities to be done by contractors through specific Commissioning Management Software.

· To support personnel to operate and update the Commissioning Management Software.

· To generate Progress Reports.

· To analyze Data Consistency.

· To follow up activities at construction sites.

· To establish contact with contractors’ personnel.

· To travel to Batam to control and manage computational tools for Singapore and Batam Scope.

Requirements

· Possess a Degree in Engineering (Automation/Instrumentation or Electronic or Software)

· Minimum 5 years of working experience in Commissioning Activities of Marine Industry

· Preferable to have experience in systems to control Commissioning Activities

· Preferable to have experience working on FPSO projects

· Preferable to have experience with Document Control

· Required Advanced Level in Office package, mainly Excel

· High proficiency in English language
