• 5 Years of experience in Testing.
• Performance Engineering and testing, Root level analysis, providing recommendations, Process documentation and deliverable
• Define Scope of Performance Testing and requirements.
  Developed performance test plan and non-functional requirements document.
• Creating test plan, Test Cases, test condition, LoadRunner test script, Scenarios, Result Preparation/Presentation.
• Execute multi-user performance tests from LoadRunner Controller
  Create and execute performance scenarios for benchmarking to optimize the application for backend and frontend.
• Identified key performance bottlenecks in the application and also perform end-to-end root cause analysis on these bottlenecks to pinpoint the reasons.
• Provide adequate supporting information through reports for bottleneck analysis.

Job Description

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 year of UAT experience on digital channels, including preparing testing scenarios, testing data, and execution.

2. Mobile/web experience in banking, especially card-related activities.

3. Proficient in JIRA and experienced with relevant testing tools.

4. Additional knowledge and experience in Automation Testing are desirable.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the product owner and software developer to enhance programs and address reported defects.

2. Demonstrate proficiency in status reporting and communication; detail-oriented and self-motivated individuals are preferred

Accountabilities include but not limited to:

• Managing risk-mitigating activities within the programs
• Supporting high-priority efforts, including issue remediation, strategic initiatives and process enhancements
• Supporting coordination and management of regulatory inquires, audits, exams and providing response guidance to Front Line Units (FLU), Control Functions (CF) and Entity partners
• Engaging with business partners in both US and international locations to represent programs and corresponding requirements
• Understanding regulatory and internal issues management protocols and processes
• Identifying emerging issues and proactively managing functional and internal timelines, as well as risks, issues and dependencies
• Maintaining effective reporting and communication routines to achieve understanding of oversight activities
• Supporting policy and standard adherence activities and oversight routines, including assessment of laws, rules and regulations
