Report daily to QNQC Coordinator/ Engineer and advise him on the client main contractor compliance to contract procedures and standards and any matters effecting quality
Ensure documentation is clear, precise and accurate, and within the requirements of the applicable construction code and project specifications.
Working knowledge of ASME SEC
Perform visual inspection on welds for the following or as applicable
Flag / identify any welds or items that require NDE to be completed, once completed, ensure this is documented, in case of any items that have had NDE completed and repairs are required
Report and document internal & external Non-Conformances
Perform field inspections and quality assurance of construction projects
Provide daily construction reports and maintain up-to-date files of all construction documents
Attend and participate in project meetings to keep Project Manager apprised of project progress, status, quality and schedule
Identify and evaluate potential new observed hazards and implement controls as project's scope of work changes
