Our focus is to support business and product strategies in terms of quality management for products and processes to continuously grow our automotive aftermarket business in APAC. Support our team in digitalization initiatives

• Image Classification: Assist in developing and implementing AI models for classifying customer-submitted photos to support blocked stock decision making.
• Data Collection and Preprocessing: Help gather and preprocess image data for training and validating AI models. 
• Model Training Support: Support the training of AI models using machine learning frameworks and assist in optimizing them for better performance.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of AI models and report findings to the team for further improvements.
• Documentation: Document the processes and results of image classification tasks and contribute to project reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure the AI solution aligns with project goals.

Support our team in operational tasks

• Monthly Key Performance Index updating.
• Support in maintaining related internal processes and systems.
• Support in Digitalization activities, dashboards, reporting and any other ad-hoc tasks.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Corporate Compliance, the Compliance Counsel will be a part of the SEA Compliance team and supporting the Regional Head of Corporate Compliance with overseeing the management of the SEA compliance program for Bosch. The Counsel’s duties include monitoring and reporting the results of the Company’s compliance/ethics efforts, as well as providing guidance to employees in the region, including senior management, on matters relating to compliance. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of professional ethics, be assertive with strong communication skills, and is an independent, team-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Advice and Expertise

• Provide compliance and organizational advice to management and associates on compliance topics.
• Provide guidance in M&A projects (due diligence (DD) and post-merger integration (PMI) phases), and support the rollout of the company Compliance program in joint ventures (JV).
• Understand, and keep abreast of changes to, relevant local laws and regulations.
• Implement local policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Cooperate and liaise with government authorities and where necessary, instruct and manage external legal counsel.

2. Monitoring and Control

• Review and monitor the compliance management system to ensure it meets the requirements under local laws.
• Conduct internal investigations in potential violations of internal regulations or external laws, including recommending appropriate sanctions, disciplinary measures, or other consequences, and, if necessary, implementation of sanctions and measures.
• Monitor, test and review effectiveness of compliance program.

3. Compliance Risk Management

• Identify and analyse compliance risks, with a focus on anti-bribery and corruption, as well as carrying out measures to monitor and mitigate risks, for example third-party due diligence, risk assessments and audits.
• Support local management to define/promote compliance goals on anti-corruption and compliance culture.
• Support further development of the compliance management system.

4. Training/Communication

• Design and conduct trainings on compliance topics.
• Design and implement programs and initiatives to ensure awareness of compliance organization and topics, both internally and externally.
• Ensure effective communication of compliance topics in general.

5. General

• Undertake duties as and when assigned by Regional Head of Corporate Compliance.
• Willingness to travel.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Export Control Lead for the Asia Pacific region. This role involves the implementation and supervision of a robust network of regional and national export control officers, the deployment of global strategic policies in export control and sanctions law, and the issuance of directives in line with global standards. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for effective risk management and the definition of mandatory controls and checks.

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive network of regional and national export control officers across the Asia Pacific region.
• Ensure consistent communication and collaboration among all export control officers to maintain high standards of compliance.
• Implement global strategic policies related to export control and sanctions law at the regional level.
• Adapt and apply global policies to align with regional and national regulations and standards.
• Issue national and regional directives that comply with global standards.
• Ensure all directives are clear, comprehensive, and enforceable within the respective jurisdictions.
• Establish and implement effective risk management strategies.
• Define and enforce mandatory controls and checks to ensure compliance with export control and sanctions laws.

Supplier Scouting (20%)
- Support potential supplier scanning.
- Support project documentation and presentation.
- Liaise with various departments/divisions on information gathering.
- Research of free trade agreements within ASEAN.

System Data & Contracts Maintenance (30%)
- Support in ensuring data quality on various purchasing tools.
- Prepare contract documents with suppliers and route for signatures.

Purchasing Support (20%)
- Provide support to other business functions with regards to enquiries about pricing, master data maintenance.
- Ensure documents / approvals are in place for Mitigation checks.
- Preparation and sending of mass communications to suppliers.

Purchasing Quality (30%)
- Support team members in the ISIR by checking documents for accuracy and requesting technical information (test reports, drawings) from suppliers.
- Create and implement Engineering Change Notifications for the ASEAN region to approve changes of products, manufacturing processes, materials or packaging.
- Support in releasing new products and maintaining related internal processes and systems.
- Assist investigations of customer complaints.
- Update system for certificates, audit reports, etc.
- Assist problem solving with suppliers.

The incumbent will be required to design, control, implement and optimize automation systems and solutions:

• Responsible to support Projects and Operations (90%):
• Participate in development, execution, and deployment of IoT automation Projects or Products.
• Evaluating products to collect data from sensors and integrate that data to the control system and/or platform.
• Perform test and evaluation activities on Process Control System independently or in conjunction with vendors.
• Participate or lead quality or safety investigations and implement any automation solutions resultant from these investigations.
• Provide training to end users on process control system.
• The role includes research and development (R&D) tasks.
• Support the R&D team in Singapore (10%):
• Improve, propose new and support existing and future hardware and automation solutions.
