JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide Quality Operation support on the production floor.
• Work closely with production personnel on the investigation of root causes of non-conformance and procedural failures
• Participate/Perform discrepant material disposition.
• Ensure corrective actions are in place and implemented for all non-conformances detecte
• Manage a team of Quality Inspectors.
• To review and approve required specifications and revisions in documentation prior releasing for production or customer
• Participate in problem solving and root cause analysis using standardized investigation tools.
• To review and approve process routers prior to releasing for production
• To prepare monthly quality & HSE non-conformance analysis and KPI report
• To review and approve process routers prior to releasing for production

• Review and analyze Quality Indicators and collaborate with manufacturing department to proactively resolve non conformances and operational issues.
• To conduct process audit and internal quality audit
• Process inspection on sub-contract suppliers and maintenance of Approved Vendor List (AVL)
• Responsible for ensuring work is carried out in accordance with documented procedures
• Actively participate in development of HSE matters in areas of hazard / incident identifications, risk assessments and determination of controls

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Bachelor degree in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Quality, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum3years of Quality Assurance experience.
• Strong knowledge and skill in CMM programming.
• Great Interpersonal skills and customer oriented.
• Good initiative and a fast learner with good orginizing skills.
