Main Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Take the lead in promoting the management and control of high-quality development in the region;
2) Cooperate with the Legal Department and the Corporate Development Department of the headquarter to fulfill compliance due-diligence per regional company compliance management standards (including license management);
3) Cooperate with the Supervision and Audit department of the headquarter to implement regional company risk management and comprehensive internal control management;
4) Responsible for organizing and guiding the operating companies in the region to carry out compliance management and internal control management;
5) Responsible for establishing and improving the early warning system of local compliance operation in the region and within its operating companies;
6) Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the leader.
Requirements(including but not limited):
1. Minimum academic requirement: Undergraduate (Bachelor’s degree)
2. Major in law and holds Singapore Practicing Certificate
3. Familiar with Singapore TMT laws and regulations
4. Experience in compliance management in Singapore companies is prefered
