Job Description
Manage and monitor in an integrated manner the risks, internal control, ethics, and compliance with the guidelines issued by the Head Office.
Support the processes to provide security in the fulfilment of the objectives, with the process executors and owners, to identify and analyze the materialized events, perform the root cause analysis with the process executors and owners and support the definition of the corresponding action plans.
Advise process owners in the follow-up of the performance of mitigants (controls and treatment actions) and in the analysis and monitoring of alerts - KRIs (Key Risk Indicators) of the process, progress of treatment actions, identification of materialized events and in the preventive testing and monitoring of the processes under his/her responsibility.
Support in the attention of External Auditors, Management Testing, and preventive monitoring of Internal Control and verification of the adequacy of the improvement plans defined for the closing. Support in SOX Testing with Internal and External Auditors including KYC matters.
Support Compliance Leader in advisory requirements and preparation of reports and presentations to the ECPTA and ECPSG Board of Directors, Head Office, external audits and compliance organizations.
Support any ad-hoc requirement's related to Risk, internal control and compliance from Singapore / Bogota including local requirements.

Job Requirements
Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Desirable certifications required for the development of the function.
Between 5 and 7 years of relevant in Audit, SOX, internal controls, compliance, and risk management processes in the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management. Strong innovative and problem solver, eager to work in a fast paced, changing environment and enjoying daily challenges.
Effective team player with excellent oral and written communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills.
Highly motivated and organized individual who exhibits strong integrity, work ethics and ability to perform under pressure.
Ability to work with multiple parties in a multicultural environment, establish and develop effective working relationships.

Follow-up and monitoring of risks.
MLTF, FCPA, Anti-Corruption Law and transnational bribery.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
English language skills: Native or fluent required.
Spanish language skills: Native or fluent required for the following reasons:
HQ Sox Control system PowerApp is only in Spanish
Key risk and control activities related to SOX and Group Risk are predominantly in Spanish with no translation in English
Key discussion in HQ (Bogotá) is presented in Spanish
