Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily meetings with BU MRRT focal points to validate and follow up on logistics-related manufacturing non-conformances (NCs).
Provide logistics insights during warehouse inspections to identify root causes of defects with QC inspectors and advise relevant stakeholders during MRRT meetings.
Drive containment, disposition, and corrective actions for reported logistics issues.
Handle NC complaints from the manufacturing unit, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective process improvements.
Lead quarterly process audits, report findings, and ensure timely closure on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Draft and update quality instructions, guidance documents, and stand-downs for quality improvements.
Act as the site focal for quality matters in the raw material warehouse supporting manufacturing.
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly logistics review reports for the customer.
Ensure proper task handover to backup personnel during leave periods.
Perform all tasks accurately and within set timelines.
Qualifications:
Experience implementing 8D, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) programs.
Certifications in quality (e.g., Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Six Sigma, Internal Auditor) are a plus.
Strong background in quality inspection and auditing, with a solid grasp of QA tools, concepts, and methodologies.
Preferred experience in manufacturing logistics.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPMDS).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
