• As the Senior Tax Compliance Manager, you'll lead a team of Tax Executives to deliver exceptional client tax solutions and oversee corporate tax compliance. Your expertise in local taxation will make you the key point of contact for client and tax authority queries, ensuring top-notch service. You will also manage portfolio allocation to outsourced teams, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee corporate tax compliance, including personal, partnership, and withholding taxes.
• Develop budgets, allocate resources, and manage client engagements.
• Maintain strong client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure high-quality service.
• Lead the tax compliance function, delegate tasks, and resolve staffing issues.
• Address tax queries and disputes with authorities.
• Train and coach staff, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Assist in recruiting, business development, and fostering internal cross-functional relationships.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with a recognized professional qualification.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
