Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Team Lead with expertise in automation testing to contribute to the digitalization of patient care. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our products are released error-free and that all features function as intended.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the team's day-to-day activities, ensuring timely and effective completion of testing tasks.
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to understand, define and prioritize testing requirements.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts, frameworks, and test suites for desktop and web applications.
- Implement best practices for automation testing, ensuring reusability, scalability, and maintainability of test scripts.
- Continuously improve automation testing processes, introducing new tools and methodologies as necessary.
- Execute and analyse automated tests, providing detailed reports on test results and defect tracking.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline testing processes.
- Manage and maintain test environments and related tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree: in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a team lead role.
- QA Expertise: Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools and processes, familiarity with performance testing and security testing tools.
- Automation & CI/CD: Extensive experience with test automation tools (e.g., Katalon, Tricentis Tosca and Selenium) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C#) used for test automation, and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
