• To conduct compliance check for functions involving Post-IA, Job Placement, Job Retention and offload checks to ensure that all procedures are complied
• To conduct historical data and referral report compliance check
• To maintain and submit Quality Assurance Reports
• Creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures.
• Involved in Committee Meetings with external partners, comfortable in taking minutes.
• To review established work procedures (workflow) with the aim to improve overall processes.
• Assist in system updating of client’s records.
• Involved in ad-hoc projects/task assigned by superior

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in related field
• Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in data auditing & data compliance
• Confident in audit and quality assurance practices
• Experience in data security processes and policies
