Responsibilities
- To conduct compliance check for functions involving Post-IA, Job Placement, Job Retention and offload checks to ensure that all procedures are complied
- To conduct historical data and referral report compliance check
- To maintain and submit Quality Assurance Reports
- Creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures.
- Involved in Committee Meetings with external partners, comfortable in taking minutes.
- To review established work procedures (workflow) with the aim to improve overall processes.
- Assist in system updating of client’s records.
- Involved in ad-hoc projects/task assigned by superior
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
- Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in data auditing & data compliance
