RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent is responsible for and he/ she is expected to
- Perform QA/QC work primarily at our Fresh Food Distribution Centre.
- Perform sensory and instrumental testing of fresh produce.
- Conduct quality audits of supplier and branch for QA compliance.
- Conduct research study into product quality parameters.
- Conduct routine hygiene check at warehouse facility
- Preparing quality & feedback reports, presentation materials etc.
- Assist the Executive/Manager to administer other related QA programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Chemistry or its equivalent.
- Preferably 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience in quality assurance work and professional knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 220000 or HACCP, etc.
- Candidates without diploma qualification but with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Motivated, meticulous and results oriented
- Resourceful and problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and ability to collaborative and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, etc
