Responsibilities:
· Lead the development of analytics solutions with Oracle Compliance Studio.
· Collaborate with offshore teams to address issues and set up environments.
· Contribute to the design of solutions focusing on scenario creation and machine learning.
· Resolve complex design issues with support managers and vendors.
· Ensure system changes meet performance standards.
· Oversee testing and implementation of changes.
· Lead testing, debugging, and performance evaluations.
· Manage risks and project dependencies.
Skills and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in technology or engineering.
· Experience with Oracle Compliance Studio in scenario creation or machine learning.
· 8+ years in large-scale application design, preferably in Financial Services.
· Understanding of Oracle OFSAA and FCCM data models.
· Proficiency in PL/SQL.
· Familiarity with big data platforms (Hadoop, public cloud) is a plus.
