- Multiple headcounts cross companies, focusing on banking and fintech industry
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance checks on IT controls such as project management, security, and operations, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare compliance reports and establish remediation plans to address gaps.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal IT procedures.
- Perform system risk assessments and support IT system owners in compliance efforts.
- Standardize processes across APAC branches, reviewing IT guidelines and manuals.
- Guide technology teams to adhere to IT governance policies and procedures.
- Digitize IT governance processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Provide IT audit support and ensure alignment with audit requirements.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or ITIL are an advantage.
- IT Risk and Cyber Security experience and preferably with working experience of MAS technology regulation in banking sector or similar regulated industry.
- Proficient in IT compliance assessments and report preparation.
- In-depth understanding of IT project management, security, and operations.
Key Knowledge (Varies Depending on Roles):
QA Knowledge
- Collaborate with the Regional IT QA Team to strengthen the IT QA and Control framework.
- Develop and maintain IT QA and Control frameworks, including policies and tools for Singapore and APAC branches.
MAS Regulations
- Hands-on experience in MAS technology regulations within the banking sector or other similarly regulated industries.
