QA Lab Technician (Food manufacturer, 5 days office hours, Training provided, up to 2.5K)
Job Scope:
- Monitor and maintain GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001/22000 standards in production.
- Conduct QC checks, testing, and food safety evaluations.
- Manage QA hold activities, sample retention, and lab operations.
- Perform calibration, complaint evaluations, and maintain 5S standards.
- Support production operations with incoming inspections and CCP monitoring.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Food Science, Biotechnology, or related field; Training provided
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and good communication skills.
