Key Responsibilities for Quality Assurance cum IT Auditor

• Establish and implement robust governance quality methods, practices, processes, tools, technology, audits, and measures and metrics throughout delivery life cycle and minimize potential losses caused by defects and issues
• Design, establish and report on quality metrics throughout the project delivery cycle to ensure shift-left approach in quality assurance
• Conduct QA toll gate quality checks to verify adherence of practices against defined processes and surface out key quality issues to key stake holders and work with stakeholders on remediation actions for early and timely intervention
• Review and endorse that project deliverables meet the quality metrics
• Develop a risk-based internal audit plan and perform audit work and gather evidence in accordance with the audit program within the timeline
• Conduct operational IT audits and provide independent assessments on compliance to defined processes and process effectiveness
• Point of liaison with external auditors and internal project teams to plan for organisation’s external ISO audits such as ISO9001, ISO20000, ISO27001

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant working knowledge and experience in implementing Quality Assurance, Quality Management (QM) System and ISO standards such as ISO9001 and ISO 20000
• Prior experience in IT Project Management, implementing software development and Infrastructure projects
• Experience in developing and executing QM plan and in designing and establishing QA checks for shift left approach in quality assurance
• Experience in designing and establishing quality metrics for shift-left approach in quality assurance
• Knowledge of test automation
• Professional qualifications such as ITIL, CISA, CISM
• Able to deliver quality and thorough work, with eye for details.
• Team player & good interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
