Quality Controller (QC) contributes to the production operations by executing general manufacturing and packaging tasks to ensure that manufactured and quality checked products are packed and ready for delivery.
Job Description
- Ensure that the quality of all finished products are in alignment with the management’s / ISO standards as well as the QC checklist
- Maintain integrity, accuracy and completeness of QC data and records.
- Ensure the Operations Officer receives all void products in a timely manner.
- Ensure that workstations are neat, clean, tidy and in accordance to packing SOPs.
- Ensure that products are prepared, cut and packed in accordance to company’s specifications and quality.
- Ensure that all residues are thoroughly removed from the products without damaging its condition & quality.
- Ensure that quality and quantity of the products are met at all times
Requirements
- Minimally GCE 'N' Levels
- 2 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector
- Comfortable with performing repetitive tasks
