Job Description

• Establish, implement, execute and monitor the Environmental Control Programme
• To identify and communicate all relevant environmental requirements to all relevant stakeholders
• Upkeep the document information related to Environmental Control
• Train and promote Environmental Control Measures
• Prepare site environmental report on a regular basis
• Liaises with government bodies, client and external provider on Environmental Control issues

Job Requirements

• Must be registered as ECO with NEA
• Registered as ECMO with IES
• Min 2 - 4 years in construction industry
• Knowledge in Environmental Legislations, Regulations, Codes of Practices and Singapore Standard

• Reports to the Safety Manager
• Liaise closely with authorities
• Familiar with local law and regulations
• Take charge and handle public feedback
• In charge of all environmental control programs and lead the environmental team
• Maintain proper documentation i.e. Site environmental Report, daily environmental inspection report etc.
• Conducting environmental workshops and training for the project
• In charge of pre-project planning and advice on the measures to take in areas on noise/water/air pollution control, waste/pest infestation control, and public/neighbors’ engagement and management

Job Requirements:

• A Registered ECO with NEA
• A Registered ECMO with IES
• Attained Specialist Diploma in WSH or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ post-registration experience as ECO for LTA projects
• Experience in civil works (road and viaduct) & ASAC awards preferred
• Proficient in GGBS requirements/implementation and ISO14001:2015 standards
• Proficient with MS Office
• Location: Woodlands
• Project: Infrastructure, Viaducts
