We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Total Quality Management (TQM) Specialist to join our team. The TQM Specialist will be responsible for managing and improving quality management systems across the organization. This role focuses on ensuring that all processes meet quality standards and regulations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate TQM Activities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of TQM initiatives across the organization.
- Support cross-functional teams in implementing quality improvement projects
- Support Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support their implementation.
- Facilitate Kaizen events and other continuous improvement activities.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development:
- Provide training and support to employees on TQM principles and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain training materials and documentation.
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect, analyze, and report on quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.
- Communication:
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment on quality goals.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Certification in TQM, Six Sigma, or Lean is preferred.
- Proven track record of managing TQM systems and processes.
- Strong knowledge of TQM principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
