Manage supplier quality issue and feedback COC/documentation errors to supplier, and follow up on the action with supplier, and containment action with internal engineering/ production team
Support new and existing material part declaration
Follow up Supplier Quality Audit Checklist and VDA6.3 to ensure all declaration are closure on time
Maintain Supplier Quality ePortal to ensure that all suppliers 100% upload their COC, ISO/IATF Certificate, ICP report and declaration on time
Implement SPC system for critical materials. Ensure all data has been updated into SPC system.
Responsible for tracking supplier quality performance, including COC, certificates, declarations, and supplier response time
Maintain IQC procedure, control plan and FMEA
