Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control audits.
• Organize pre-inspection meetings with clients.
• Create Project Inspection and Testing Plans.
• Draft Project Inspection and Testing Procedures.
• Address client feedback on QC documents.
• Coordinate and schedule QC activities, including inspection notices and factory acceptance tests.
• Manage coordination and scheduling of QC procedures, reports, and documents.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Quality Management
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Quality Control function.

• Proficiency in metal welding inspection and piping system testing and inspection

Job Scope

• Analyze project requirements for industrial robotic equipment/machines.
• Design, and test electrical control systems for industrial automation.
• Create detailed electrical schematic drawings using E3 (or ePLAN as a second option).
• Source and select control components based on project specifications.
• Execute control system setup, including IO system configuration, servo and step drive setup, and axis tuning.
• Provide on-site technical support during the installation and commissioning of robotic equipment/machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control system issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirement

• Degree in Electrical Engineering / Control Systems Engineering or related disciplines
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experiences and roles in Industrial Automation
• Experience in programming motion controllers, robots, or touch panels is an added advantage
