- Guide and document tool selections for use supporting the Salesforce Platform and associated ecosystem with focus on BluOceans’ Salesforce Platform shared service elements (Quality, DevOps, Production Support, Governance).
- Work with functional owners and internal stakeholders to design and implement process improvements focused on BluOceans’ Salesforce Platform shared service elements.
- Perform complex analysis, advanced level design, configuration and develop functions for impactful and high-visibility tasks.
- Take the lead on directing and implementing solutions to moderately complex, loosely scoped problems that are aligned with team goals.
- Deliver efforts both independently and by leading other team members.
- Act as a technology advocate, independently seeking opportunities where technology can be utilized to improve the business.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship while fostering a team environment.
- Apply knowledge of current industry trends and techniques to formulate solutions within the context of assigned efforts.

- Participate in the product increment planning and document test plan and test scenarios in collaboration with the business product owner, product analysts and engineers.
- Build functional, non-functional, and technical requirements from a business requirement.
- Build project plans and show the path to completion for projects and testing initiatives.
- Create and own the overall test plan and strategy for all Salesforce initiatives.
- Break down the complexity of the test scenarios into unit, system, and user acceptance categories.
- Clearly document the test scenarios for all user stories in the backlog.
- Create estimates for the user stories.
- Create test driven development information into the user stories.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or its equivalent in work experience.
· At least five years of experience of Testing and building Automations.
· At least three years of experience in Salesforce testing.
· Design, develop and execute Test Plans, Test cases and test scripts for Salesforce Applications.
· Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve defects.
· Ensure that all testing activities adhere to established standards, policies, and procedures.
· Good understanding of Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.
· Experience with SFDC Apex, Visualforce, Lightening web component, email alerts, Flows.
· Experience of working in agile / scrum development environment.
· Experience covering Non-Functional testing.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
