Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality evaluations of all finished products ready for shipment and incoming raw materials.
• Address and resolve quality-related issues, adhering to set deadlines.
• Suggest enhancements to the production processes to maintain high-quality control standards.
• Support the QA team training as necessary.
• Provide guidance to the production team on QC matters to improve product quality.
• Develop detailed Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans.
• Design and prepare inspection checklists to ensure thorough quality checks.
• Assess the accuracy and effectiveness of corrective actions taken.
• Organize and plan preventative maintenance activities.
• Ensure that quality and safety standards are consistently upheld.
• Manage site preparation activities and coordinate submission documentation.
• Oversee the safety management system at the site.

• Responsible for effective implementation of the plant’s Food Safety (ISO 22000), Quality (ISO 9001), HACCP, Organic, and Halal Management Systems and its PRP prerequisite programs, certified by 3rd party certification bodies.
• Liaise with government agencies/certification bodies (SFA, HPB, MUIS) on all matters on product registration or plant certification information.
• Carry out internal audit activities, to verify operation activities meet HACCP, GMP, hygiene / sanitary, ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 requirement periodically.

• At least 2 years of QC experience in Food Manufacturing industry.
