We are seeking for a Quality Control Analyst with experience in pharmaceutical industry for a role in Singapore.

Job Summary:

Support the Microbiology Laboratory in SGBO Singapore QC for the establishing and maintaining
of Utilities Monitoring of the SGBO Singapore Facility in Singapore. Perform sampling and testing
under supervision, following written procedures and specifications, and in accordance with
Local/international regulations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Supports activities to establish and maintain a Microbiology lab in full cGMP-compliance.
• Supports activities to conduct/perform necessary sampling/test methods or compendia
  methods in the lab and site under cGMP
• Follows existing procedures and methods, and perform sampling/testing following routine activities :

 - HVAC Viable and Non -viable particle sampling and surface sampling

 - Pharmaceutical Water and Clean Steam Condensate sampling for Biological and

 - Chemical tests

 - Compressed Gases; Biological Chemical and Physical sampling and testing

 - Data compilation

 - Data evaluation and trending support

• Receives training and analyst qualification to perform sampling/testing under cGMPs.
• Follows the priorities for sampling/testing provided by lab management.
• Ensures sampling/testing is performed in a timely manner.
• Participates in Laboratory investigations.
• (after sample testing) Compiles test documents in a complete, accurate and consistent manner to ensure that samples, materials or products and intermediates have been tested, or inspected according to specification and cGMPs.
• Suggests optimizations of test procedures to improve efficiency whenever possible.
• Be able to explain, his/her area of work, in health authorities inspections and internal audits

Performance Indicator:

• Delivery of results on time and with quality (e.g. timely testing)
• Adherence to established KPI targets related to QC activities
• Open communication; Concise and clear communication skills

• Coordinate with the head of the department in the determination of project scope of works,design criteria, tender document, selection of contractors, project manpower, timelines and budgets

• Execute I&C tasks within budget, schedule and quality expectation.

• Review and recommend improvements to existing I&C system

• Participate in meetings with the client and project team to establish project deliverables.

• Responsible for quality and integrity of the I&C design deliverables

• Provide technical support to other ongoing projects when required

• Handle interfaces with internal disciplines and 3rd parties (including vendor)

• Participate in technical and design review workshops as per project requirements

• Training and development of engineers within the discipline

Qualifications/Competence

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical\Electronics Engineering

• 15-20years of I&C , FMCS design experience, project management in oil, gas, semiconductor facilities

• Working knowledge of relevant international codes, standards, regulations and practices applicable to design and Broad

Essential Skills

• Significant team leadership experience

• Extensive experience in Conceptual, FEED, Detailed Design, and EPC projects

• Excellent understanding of Control, Safety and F&G systems

• Proficient in using of general computer programs such as MS Office Suite

• Good written and oral communication

• Excellent Problem Solving, Planning and organizing skills

• A high level of autonomy and self-efficiency with attention to details

• Result oriented and schedule driven

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct process verification and validation exercise
• Perform daily periodic walk-around of production, warehouse area to ensure compliance to in-house GMP, GMP and GWP, FG specifications and SOP.
• Conduct monthly checks and data analysis on retention samples to evaluate product stability.
• Coordinate with microbiological laboratory for sample collection and lab reports.
• Collect information and data to conduct trend analysis.
• Participate in trials and follow up on required information.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Computer Skill, MS Excel, MS Word.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Relevant experience in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage
