Job Responsibilities
- Manage and organize all quality control inspection and lab testing activities in order to succeed in achieving objective and effective control.
- Oversee internal calibration program.
- Manage and organize the implementation and internal auditing of GMP and HALAL requirement.
- Manage and organize external auditing of GMP, HALAL and second party audit.
- To set quality standard and plan by determine acceptance criteria and control of non- conformities.
- Oversee of product quality, safety, process performance and product performance.
- To conduct investigations and trouble –shooting on production deviation and customer’s complaints.
- Responsible to check and improve new release of Branch Manufacturing Report before and after production completed.
- To conduct daily spot checks in production areas and warehouses.
- To approve product release, sampling instructions, specification, test methods, and other quality control procedures.
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operation
- Increaseproduction, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
- Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
- To identify, propose and source consumables, equipment and machines related to Packing Plant and Quality Assurance.
- To perform bulk inspection on incoming products and review on the product certificate of analysis based on the registered specification.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest regulations applying to product compliance.
- To keep track on the stability study report to ensure ongoing quality compliance of marketed products.
- Accomplish any other ad hoc tasks and duties assigned by superior and management
Job Requirements:
· Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any field
· At least 1 year of relevant working experience
· Able to work independently and interact well with all levels of staffs
· Good numeracy, communication and interpersonal skills
· Good Computer literacy skills
· Monitor on sales information system and provide relevant business information on a timely basis
· Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as and when required.
