We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Quality Personnel with qualifications or experience in ISO standards, company balance scorecard, key performance indicators, and bizsafe. The successful candidate will support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) and information security management systems (ISMS) within the organization. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in quality management and gain valuable experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- As part of the QMS works across the organization, assist in implementing and maintaining or managing the ISO standards, balanced scorecard, Bizsafe, or any other quality matters.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with the organisation’s ISO-certified standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in quality processes and information security practices.
- Support the development and documentation of quality procedures, policies, and work instructions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality and information security best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of external audits and certifications.
- Participate in risk assessments and assist in developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and analyze quality and security metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in investigating quality incidents and non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay updated on changes to ISO standards and industry best practices related to quality management and information security.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- Certified as an Auditor or Implementer in either ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 or 45001.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and their application within organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Prior experience in quality management or information security is a plus but not required for junior-level positions.
