Job Scope

1. Manage and maintain quality documents under ISO9001, ISO45001, TradeFIRST and any other quality system that company may adopt in the future.

• Ensure all records are kept up to date including, but not limited to, all quality records, business partner list, maintenance & service records.
• Training, training records and individual training records.
• Perform periodic internal audit to check regulatory compliance, internal processes, procedures, and areas of high risk of non-compliance as per regulatory requirements.
• Prepare documentation for external audit and front auditor if necessary.
• Coordinate meeting and training sessions according to QMS schedule.

2. Warehouse Management System, manage and update.

• Product Master
• Owner Master
• Customer Master
• Liaising with WMS vendor’s support team.

3. Warehouse & Stevedore – safety compliance

• Perform routine safety walkabout to ensure documentation compliance (e.g. Checklist, machinery service logbook/service record).
• Report any non-compliance or near-missed situation.

4. Lead to review effectiveness of corrective & preventive actions. Resolve process related to quality issues, ensure corrective action plans are initiated and monitored

5. Additional: Supporting Role for Warehouse Admin during short-handed situations.

Requirements:

1. Attended ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 QEHS Integrated Management System Internal Auditor Training Course

To assist with clerical work in QA Department and support documentation and filling.

• Checking of online entries in BMR, production records.
• Preparation of BMR in accordance with the production planning schedule.
• Preparation of BMR as advice by Pharmacist/QA Batch Release.
• Record keeping of BMR produced, issued and destroyed.
• Issuance and retrieval of BMR.
• To cover receptionist at front office during his/her absence
• Any ad-hoc job as required.
