DESCRIPTION OF JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Direct report to Quality Manager
· Work closely with Quality Manager
· Perform Quality Inspection in accordance with the Performance Assessment Worksheet
· Tracking and ensuring inspection done and action taken as per contract requirement
· Taking down reports on Inspection, communicate/explain findings – Updating Quality Manager
· Proper documentation control
· Perform IDIQ project inspections.
· Other duties assigned.
BASIC JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Must have adequate English communication skill (oral and writing).
· General knowledge on Building and Facility Maintenance and Repair
· Computer literate – Excel and Word
· Practical knowledge on Building Construction
· Basic Experience on Air Conditioning, electrical operations & any other M&E related is a plus
· Takes initiative and able to work independently.
· Must have Class 3 driver’s license.
