Job Summary:We are looking for a Quality Technician to conduct visual and dimensional inspections in a cleanroom environment using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other tools to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform visual inspections to identify defects.
2. Conduct dimensional inspections using CMM and precision measurement tools.
3. Document inspection results and report non-conformities.
4. Assist in developing quality assurance processes.
5. Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment.
6. Collaborate with engineering and production teams on quality issues.
7. Adhere to cleanroom protocols and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in quality inspection in a cleanroom setting.
• Proficient in CMM and precision measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• At least 2-3 years of similar experience in manufacturing or semi conductor environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

(Annual Gross Salary: S$46,000 to S$50,000)

• Perform testing of petroleum products, refinery intermediate, process and effluent water
• Conduct sampling and testing of gases and LPG streams
• Perform QC/QA work including calibration and maintenance of equipment
• Perform stock-taking and reordering of chemicals and consumables

• Diploma in Science & Technology / Engineering or NITEC in Chemical Process Technology / Chemical & Life Science
