Job Role

• Responsible for routine quality oversight on site GMP production and testing, ensure all GMP activities are executed following company procedures.
• Support to establish an effective quality system, ensure its healthy running in all GMP functions/ processes during daily operation.
• Ensuring procedures and other instructions/documents are reviewed and approved appropriately
• Ensuring starting materials, packaging materials etc. are sourced from approved suppliers and released per established procedures.
• Ensuring sufficient quality oversight on shopfloor, ensure manufacturing and testing activities are carried out according to established procedures;
• Ensuring premise, utilities and equipment are qualified and appropriate maintenance program is in place to maintain the qualification status
• Approve product specifications
• Batch disposition of drug substance and drug product
• Ensuring that each batch of medicinal products has been manufactured and checked in compliance with the regulations and internal procedures
• Ensuring all necessary testing is carried out and the associated records evaluated;
• Ensuring the appropriate process/ method qualification and/ or validations are carried out per internal procedure;
• Ensuring all quality event, e.g., deviation, change control, OOS, complaint etc. are thoroughly investigated and/or assessed, all necessary actions are in place
• Participation in regular management reviews of process performance, product quality and of the Pharmaceutical Quality System and advocating continual improvement;
• Ensuring stability program is completed per internal procedure
• Ensuring the completion of product quality review per internal procedure;
• Ensure starting materials, packaging materials, intermediate and products are stored under appropriate storage conditions
• Support internal and external audit.
• Participation of product recall or mock recall, when occurs

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Biologics, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Bioengineering or other relevant majors
• 15+ years’ working experience in production and/or quality management (QA/QC), with minimum 8+ years in manufacturing QA.
• 5-8 years’ experience in team management
• Be familiar with FDA, EMEA, PICS GMP requirement
• Familiar with Biological product manufacturing and quality control related requiement
• Experience with Biopharma commercial supple is preferred
• Experience with new site start up is preferred
• Prefer to have ADC manufacturing and quality management experience
• Familiar with quality management requirement throughout the whole product lifecycle, including process development, clinical and commercialization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish XDC Singapore site quality system, ensure it complies with FDA, EMA and PICs GMP requirement;
• Continue monitor and improve site quality performance, ensure quality system being healthy running
• Ensuring appropriate training is delivered to all personnel involved in GMP activities
• Responsible for monitoring and assessing the changes of applicable regulations, ensuring the continuous compliance
• Facilitating regular management reviews of process performance, product quality and of the Pharmaceutical Quality System and advocating continual improvement;
• Ensuring that a timely and effective communication and escalation process exists to raise quality issues to the appropriate levels of management.
• Be responsible for documentation lifecycle management
• Be responsible for regularly reviewing and assessing the quality metrics
• Be responsible for establish Quality Risk Management Plan, ensure implementation per schedule and follow up mitigations (if any) till completion
• Be responsible for product complaints handling

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Biologics, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Bioengineering or other relevant majors
• 10+ years’ working experience in production and/or quality management in biopharma, with 8+ years in production QA or quality system QA.
• 5+ years’ experience in team management
• Be familiar with FDA, EMEA, PICS GMP requirement
• Experience with quality system set up for new site is preferred
• Experience with Biopharma commercial quality system is preferred
• Familiar with quality management requirement throughout the whole product lifecycle, including process development, clinical and commercialization.

We are looking for a Test Management Lead for our SG IT team who will be responsible for ensuring the IT QA and test goals of assigned projects can be achieved on time.

The Test Management lead will be supporting our client on testing such as Integration Testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, UAT testing, database testing and others.

Job description as per following:

• Work with Product team, Business consultants and development team to define acceptance criteria and the definition of done in relation to IT QA and test management

• Writing and executing manual test cases and checks and reporting back to the team

• Writing and executing automated test cases and checks and reporting back to the team as applicable

• Measuring and reporting test coverage across all the applicable coverage dimensions

• Ensuring proper use of the testing standards and tools, propose new solutions

• Reporting defects and working with the team to resolve them

• Working experience with Agile testing tools

• Working and managing 3rd party QA teams

Other requirement:

• QA/tester with ERP or legacy systems. 8 to 10 year experience, and have worked with few end to end QA cycles.

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably IT- based

• Business oriented, able to understand company’s business, or experienced with retail Supply Chain or Logistic.

• Experienced writing test cases for Manual testing

• Communication skills, able to communicate easily with the product team, testing team and development team

• Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Visio and Project) and other BPM Software skills

The Business Risk Integrated Control (BRIC) team is missioned to:

The BRIC team works to minimise the damage of inauthentic behaviours on ByteDance platforms (e.g. TikTok, CapCut, Resso, Lark), covering multiple classical and novel community and business risk areas such as account integrity, engagement authenticity, anti spam, API abuse, growth fraud, live streaming security and financial safety (ads or e-commerce), etc.
