We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer who will be responsible for developing and implementing effective QA strategies and methodologies and carry out detailed functional testing to ensure products are well tested before market release. In this role, you will be required to work closely with the development team and product managers to ensure that the products meet the quality standards. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining test plans and schedules.

Job scope and Responsibilities

• Work with product stakeholders to work out test strategy and create product test plan for new products and maintain the test plans for existing products.
• Perform product inspection and functional testing for quality and conformance to product specifications and deliverables.
• Generate test reports and conduct processes such as data and result archival
• Participating in product quality review meetings with product stakeholders
• Conduct Investigation of internal and customer reports of product quality issues and perform follow up testing, documentation and reporting.
• Monitor and maintain product issue logs and provide updates to managers and product development team.

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product software or system testing
• Experience in leadership roles, especially in QA relevant positions will be favorable
• Strong knowledge of products or software QA methodologies and tools
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong in written communication and report writing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience or expertise in any of the following domain areas will be favorable:
  • Networking or networking domain knowledge (CCNA, CCNP) or products e.g. router or switch
  • Software development and/or test automation scripting

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Penetration Testerto join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in cloud security, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment. The role involves identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities in cloud-based systems, applications, and infrastructure to help our organization strengthen its cloud security posture.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cloud penetration tests and vulnerability assessments to identify security weaknesses
• Design and implement custom exploits to test cloud security controls
• Analyze cloud security configurations and identify misconfigurations
• Develop and maintain cloud security testing tools and scripts
• Collaborate with development teams to implement secure coding practices
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations for remediation
• Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud security threats and technologies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in cloud security, penetration testing, or related field
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with cloud security tools and technologies (e.g., CloudWatch, CloudTrail, IAM)
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanners and penetration testing frameworks (e.g., Nmap, Nessus, Metasploit)
• Possess one (or more) of the following Security certifications (would be an added advantage):
• Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification
• CREST Registered Penetration Tester (CRT)

• Provide advice to Senior Management and BoD on risk, legal and compliance related matters.
• Provide advice on the rights and obligations of the Company and other issues arising from business activities.
• Ensures the company’s risk and compliance practices and limits are in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with other external stakeholders and regulators, including the Monetary Authority of Singapore and auditors, on issues related to risk, legal and compliance related matters.
• Escalate significant observations and possible regulatory breaches to Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
• Implement internal policies and processes related to risk, legal and compliance.
• Prepare annual work plan in relation to risk, legal and compliance functions.
• Provides training and technical support to management and employees regarding risk, legal and compliance. 

Legal & Compliance

• Draft contracts and other legal documents.
• Ensure business activities are in line with legal requirements through robust periodic reviews.
• Liaise with external counsel on legal documents, legal implications and disputes.  Review advice given by and documents prepared by external legal counsel.
• Provide compliance and legal updates including dissemination and analysis of new and/or revised laws and regulations.

Risk

• Assists in establishing and monitoring key risk indicators, as well as implement corrective action plans to mitigate risks.
• Assists in developing and enhancing policies, procedures and control assessments in response to identified risks.
• Ensure effective incident management process and timely reporting escalation of risk events
• Participates in corporate wide contingency planning/business continuity efforts. Assist to implements RHB Group business continuity framework. Coordinates training, communication, and testing of plans.

This role involves testing Cybersecurity products that are being developed using existing testing tools or creating their own automated scripts to demonstrate that the products they assess operate properly and are ready for production or distribution.

They will run tests to gather relevant information about how the product performs and use these test data to determine if there are issues that need to be addressed prior to end-user access. They will collaborate with product development team to discuss test results and develop solutions to the issues identified.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for product system integration and testing, and production support of Cybersecurity products
• Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters.
• Designing QA test procedures.
• Overseeing the drafting of testing documents.
• Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.
• Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.
• Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.
• Reviewing Quality Assurance reports.
• Ensuring the successful deployment of products into the market.
• Responding to requests from the design team and management.
• For manager role, responsibility includes creating a strategy for testing specific products and lead a team of system test engineers

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a QA/Testing engineer is preferred.
• Experience in software scripting on Windows and Linux systems
• Knowledge in network is an added advantage
