• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the quality assurance process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and product quality. Proactively suggest and drive quality initiatives.
• Production Floor Presence: Be actively involved on the production floor, working closely with production staff to ensure SOPs and quality standards are maintained at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance/regulatory role within the food manufacturing industry is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of flavor production processes and industry-specific quality standards.
• In-depth knowledge of FSMS, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and other relevant quality management systems.
• Proven experience in writing and implementing SOPs.
• Certification as an Internal Auditor is highly desirable.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform review and release of materials, including therapeutic products intended for clinical trials and packaging components.

Authorized Person Responsibility:

• Perform review and approval of batch records (pre-execution and post-execution) to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Perform batch certification in accordance with the principles detailed in Annex 16 of the PIC/S GMP Guide, and any other applicable guidelines or regulations.

Audits:

• Coordinate client audits and regulatory inspections.

Job Requirement:

• Min. Degree in Food Science or any relevant

SUMMARY

As a Compliance Executive, you are responsible for ensuring the portfolio of 3,000 – 5,000 clients adhere to government regulations and ethical standards. Along with assessing financial risk and creating a game plan to handle those potential issues, you provide regular reports to your immediate superior on the effectiveness of the compliance measures. You are required to comply with internal compliance policies and assist to develop, implement, maintain, and supporting compliance programs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Advise onboarding team requirements in accordance with company AML/KYC standards and regulatory requirements, and partner with the Onboarding team to meet the requirements.
• Review and corroborate KYC information submitted by Relationship Manager, perform an independent review, and risk rate customers in accordance with regulatory requirements as well as Group AML/CFT policy and procedures.
• Follow up with Relationship Managers and other stakeholders on KYC-related matters and for escalated/prioritized cases.
• Assess and ensure the relevance and completeness of KYC information supplied by the Onboarding team and on existing clients and perform appropriate due diligence checks and information searches to comply with standards of client onboarding.
• Highlight deficiencies, suspicious AML, or other non-compliance issues to relevant parties and management.

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES

• At least a Diploma in Business, Accountancy, Finance or a related field
• In-depth understanding of Companies Act Cap 50 and ACRA Regulations
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred

• Assists Manager (QA & TE) in preparing and updating documentation for the license renewal audits conducted by the Licensing and Accreditation Unit, Ministry of Health and as required for external accreditation
• Supports the administrative functions of the department.

• * Reviewing of work processes on the ground
• * Working with relevant process owners to formulate and/ or update standard operating policies and procedures of PLS.
• Assisting in formulating and/ or updating work instructions.
• * Updating PLS quality records and document control masterist.
• * Conducting internal audits to check on compliance on the ground, after changes made to work processes and as and when required Following up actions/ recommendations after internal quality audits and external surveillance audits
• Maintains the laboratory safety for PLS.
• Works in conjunction with the business office, technical and systems team of PLS in special projects as assigned by Manager, Quality Management, CEO and DOO, PLS.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in any or related science field of study
• Min. 3 years of working QC experience in a clinical lab environment handling licence renewal, audit & accreditation
• Good technical knowledge in lab medicine preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Good interpersonal, organizational and planning skills
