Responsibilities:

The candidate is responsible for the end-to-end testing activities of an integrated e-payment system. The primary responsibilities would include carrying out the activities in the testing lifecycle including test planning, analyzing business and system requirements. The candidate will also responsible:

• Preparing the test environment, designing, and developing the test cases.

• Preparing the test environment, executing the test procedures.

• Automating the test solution based on the system design using scripting or programming languages as well as performance tuning.

• Create traceability to requirements, analyze gaps and address them.

• Logging and tracking defects to closure

• Conducting test reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

• Perform root cause analysis for production and user acceptance defects, and address test gaps to ensure test efficiency.

• Develop design documents and user manuals that would effectively describe and provide clear instructions on the test automation solution to the end users including testers and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Engineering

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in executing testing and developing test automation solutions involving devices (UI-based or embedded) and/or back-office systems with familiarity on the full system development lifecycle from requirement, development, to testing and deployment;

• Good written and verbal communication skills;

• Able to work well both independently as well as in a team;

• Certification in software testing preferred;

• Experience in micropayments Fare Collection systems using Smart Cards and in diverse test execution phases (System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Performance testing) would be an advantage;

• Assist in TQP Quality Management System to ensure quality control

• Prepare QA/QC Plans, formulate QC checklists, inspection and procedures

Requirements

• Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
• In-depth understanding of technical documentation
• Familiarity with statistical analysis
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Team spirit
• Good analytical skills

Who You Are:

Semiconductor and optical test engineering specialist. Possess a balanced portfolio of semiconductor test, optical test, equipment maintenance and data analysis skills. Areas of interest: semiconductor test, optical systems and equipment engineering. Willing to work in 12hour rotating shift.

Position Summary:

You will be working in the Test Engineering department, responsible for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance. You will also provide engineering support when required.

What You Will Do:

Your key responsibilities include:

· Test Equipment maintenance, calibration, Resolve day to day issues on the line and implement corrective actions

· Co-ordinate with Engineers/Operators to setup and configure the test system for different product, verify calibration status and confirm error free operation.

· Take responsibility for test system healthiness, monitoring test yield, lot disposition, results analyze, and report generation.

· Assist Test Engineers on new equipment installation and qualifications

What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications):

• Experience in semiconductor testing, maintenance of equipment, wafer probers, Testers, Handling precision Electrical and optical instruments.

• Willing to work on rotating 12-Hours shifts.
