About the Job

The Quality Department plays a very important role in Cyrus in maintaining the quality management system and driving quality improvements to deliver high quality products for our customers. You will be working closely with the Assistant Quality Manager on Quality Management System (QMS) and suppliers’ management.

Your key responsibilities are as follows:

- Maintain updated and accurate documents and records on ISO 9001, 14001 and 13485 system (includes Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms, etc.) to ensure system compliance and ready for Management Review.

- Plan and conduct internal and external audits to ensure readiness of all sections for third party certification body, management review and customer audits.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to participate in customer or supplier audits for compliance

- Review audit findings and develop action plans to drive continuous improvements.

- Generate and review quality reports on suppliers’ performance and work with suppliers to address non-conforming materials, and drive for continuous improvement.

- Issue and follow up on Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) to suppliers, monitor and review SCAR effectiveness for timely closure.

- Support the qualification of new suppliers to maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified suppliers to meet Cyrus production requirements.

- Maintain and conduct regular review of calibration and preventive maintenance for equipment.

- Responsible for quality issues arising from production and customer feedback, and collaborate with the production team to address internal process issues and implement corrective actions to resolve customer complaints with proper documentation.

- Responsible for timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), non-conformance investigation report and customer complaints and, publish reports on quality performance.

- Lead the Material Review Board (MRB) meeting involving members from production, engineering and quality departments to conduct root cause analysis, address quality issues, implement corrective actions and review its effectiveness.

- Lead the team of QC inspectors in the inspection of parts for conformity in accordance with relevant drawing requirements.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Roles and Responsibilities

About the Job

The Quality Department plays a very important role in Cyrus in maintaining the quality management system and driving quality improvements to deliver high quality products for our customers. You will be working closely with the Assistant Quality Manager on Quality Management System (QMS) and suppliers’ management.

Your key responsibilities are as follows:

- Maintain updated and accurate documents and records on ISO 9001, 14001 and 13485 system (includes Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms, etc.) to ensure system compliance and ready for Management Review.

- Plan and conduct internal and external audits to ensure readiness of all sections for third party certification body, management review and customer audits.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to participate in customer or supplier audits for compliance

- Review audit findings and develop action plans to drive continuous improvements.

- Generate and review quality reports on suppliers’ performance and work with suppliers to address non-conforming materials, and drive for continuous improvement.

- Issue and follow up on Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) to suppliers, monitor and review SCAR effectiveness for timely closure.

- Support the qualification of new suppliers to maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified suppliers to meet Cyrus production requirements.

- Maintain and conduct regular review of calibration and preventive maintenance for equipment.

- Responsible for quality issues arising from production and customer feedback, and collaborate with the production team to address internal process issues and implement corrective actions to resolve customer complaints with proper documentation.

- Responsible for timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), non-conformance investigation report and customer complaints and, publish reports on quality performance.

- Lead the Material Review Board (MRB) meeting involving members from production, engineering and quality departments to conduct root cause analysis, address quality issues, implement corrective actions and review its effectiveness.

- Lead the team of QC inspectors in the inspection of parts for conformity in accordance with relevant drawing requirements.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing, with proven track record of leading testing efforts for complex software projects.
• Experience in wide variety of development tools and continuous integration environment (e.g. Rational Team Concert, Jenkins, GIT, Jira) Proficiency in UI automation testing framework, tools and scripting languages (eg. Squish, Python)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
• Understanding of RF communication and radio monitoring equipment a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively in a multi-national organization.

DevOps Operation & Software Quality Assurance Department is looking for QA Engineer

This is a one year contract role.

What will you do?

• Implement and maintain the testing environment, testing framework, test plan, regression test suites and test cases in accordance with changing requirements
• Conduct various tests such as Manual/Automated/Functional/Exploratory testing/Cross-Platform Testing for the various platforms (iOS, Android, Web)
• Conduct system integration tests with external systems and generate test reports
• Develop and Conduct Performance Test
• Design and implement Test Case
• Assist to maintain test environments
• Carry out test activities according to Test Plan
• Conduct Test Execution and prepare Test Reports
• Maintain requirement traceability matrix
• Develop automation test scripts in Python language
• Support the integration of test script with the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CICD) pipeline
• Assist to drive product quality and Quality Assurance practices.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 4 years experience in conventional test
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in automation testing scripting for web-portals and mobile applications
• Experience working in Agile Scrum projects
• Experience in developing automation testing scripts i.e. mobile (Appium) and web (Selenium)
• Experience in Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) Test
• Knowledge of Robot Framework (using Python language) will be advantageous
• Knowledge of Secure Hybrid Integration Pipeline (HATS) and Hive Agile Testing Solutions (SHIP) will be advantageous
• Knowledge in software version control systems, code review workflows and CICD will be advantageous
• Certifications such as Certified Software Testing Professional, Certified Software Quality Analyst and/or CREST certification will be advantageous.
