Central Control Officer

Salary: $1800 - $2000

Job Description

• Attend and respond efficiently to calling customers regarding their carpark enquiries/ feedback/ complaints.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle car park cases either operationally or technically.
• Checking and monitoring of CCTV’s for discrepancies, system issues, or occurrences.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform investigations and process refunds for customers
• Assist the team on ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks related to Control Centre.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level.
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work rotating shifts, Sundays / Public Holiday

Our client is a global MNC, one of the most established pioneers in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Quality Assurance Lab Technician to be part of their Lab Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of Quality Assurance Lab Technician:

• Assisting in the research and development of Cement-based mortar formulations, including assessing alternative raw materials.
• Conducting tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure quality compliance.
• Validating product performance against industry standards and internal evaluation criteria.
• Ensuring products meet local regulatory standards.
• Providing manufacturing support, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
• Offering technical service, product trials, and training.
• Maintaining lab safety standards and workplace security.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site compliance for regulatory, quality as well as food safety standards
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements including SFA, HALAL, FSMA and etc.
• Act as representative for site projects impacting quality and food safety
• Act as food safety team leader
• Being site trainer for quality, regulatory and food safety matters
• Manage overall in-plant GMP audit programs
• In-charge of all pre-audit activities
• Lead the weekly/ monthly review meeting and compile reports
• Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor in Food Science/ Technology or equivalent
• At least 5 - 6 years years of food safety/ compliance preferably from FMCG manufacturing background
• Prior supervisory experience is required
