Job Description

• Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs.
• Work closely with customers, production and suppliers to meet the quality requirements.
• Responsible for product quality management, implement quality plans, drive quality improvement projects and prepare quality report to identify problem areas and work on problem resolutions
• Interface with and handle customers/vendors on quality issues.
• Issue and closure of CAR for customer (RMA) and Supplier issue – External
• RMA receipt and disposition of RMA in Macola – External.
• Work with QA department and Engineering on customer related issues e.g. RMA

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will implement and maintain robust Quality Assurance (QA) systems to ensure the highest standards of product quality. Your opportunity

• Perform batch record review and release drug product, including temperature excursion and product damages evaluation
• Collaborate with other departments to provide quality expertise in daily operations
• Manage vendor and measure performance metrics related to batch record and ensure all secondary assembly activities comply with specifications and regulatory requirements
• Manage change controls according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Who you are

• Degree in Science discipline with more than 4 years of QA experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Trained with GMP/GDP requirements for pharmaceutical industry
• Experience engaging with internal stakeholders (e.g., Regulatory, Supply Chain, Commercial Team) and external partners (e.g., health authorities, third-party distributors, distribution hubs)
• Experience in batch release, quality event management, and audits with in-depth understanding of GMP/GDP requirements

Job Overview:

• Responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control processes to ensure the processed metals meet customer expectations and complies with industry standards and regulations.
