• Perform safety audits and inspection of worksites to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance Identify and recommend best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce ECO risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices
• Responsible for accident reporting and investigations including near misses and any industrial disease contracted in the project
• Identify environmental issues and recommend measures to rectify the irregularities
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Good knowledge of WSH Act and other WSH related
• At least 5 years relevant experience in the construction industry

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field.
• Proven working experience in test delivery or equivalent role with at least 10 years relevant experience in large and complex organisations preferably in the area of Banking and Finance.
• Hands on experience and management experience in handling Manual, Automation and Performance testing.
• Management skill in handling big team and stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in managing end to end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers.
• Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies.
• Experience in various testing tool suites.
• Testing or quality certifications, PMP certifications, and Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi) Framework awareness will be preferred.

Mandatory

• Experience utilizing open-source automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, and JUnit, or enterprise-level testing tools.
• Proficiency in employing open-source performance testing tools.
• Experience in leveraging open-source penetration testing tools.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases and plans, ensuring alignment with requirements and policy updates.
• Enhance and manage the automated test framework and testing environments to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Execute tests on new functionalities, promptly identifying and documenting any issues encountered.
• Perform a diverse range of tests including manual, functional, performance, and exploratory tests, while supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate in resolving production issues as they arise.
