Core Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GDPMD, local MoH regulations, and other relevant standards and regulations
• Maintain and update the Quality Management System documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and forms
• Identify and investigate product non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) as necessary
• Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits for the company and its subsidiaries, including MoH, GDPMD, and suppliers
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documentation and reports
• Provide training to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Investigate customer complaints and feedback related to product quality for subsequent reporting to relevant health authorities
• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and audit findings.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management

Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the medical device or related industry
• In-depth knowledge of GDPMD, MDA/HSA regulations, and other relevant standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities

• Plan for quality assurance activities with timelines and effort estimates and manage resources to support testing demand.
• Discuss and work with System Analysts & development teams and SMBC to understand the testing requirements to determine testing coverage and collect sample test data (if available).
• Review documentations created by QA Team Lead, Senior System Analyst and/or vendor to ensure quality.
• Track testing activities against test plans and track defects (Log Defect with assigned Severity, Retest and Close Defect) discovered to resolution. Report statistics and statuses to PM.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the team and ensure process and compliance is met. Provide direction, support and set performance goals to the team.
• Timely escalate issues to manager.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• Min. 10 years' experiencing working as Quality Assurance Analyst/ Tester in a bank, FI or a consultancy company.
• Familiar with defect management tools.
• Ability to understand technical jargons and some understanding of technology environment setup.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Quality Personnel with qualifications or experience in ISO standards, company balance scorecard, key performance indicators, and bizsafe. The successful candidate will support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) and information security management systems (ISMS) within the organization. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in quality management and gain valuable experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• As part of the QMS works across the organization, assist in implementing and maintaining or managing the ISO standards, balanced scorecard, Bizsafe, or any other quality matters.
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with the organisation’s ISO-certified standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in quality processes and information security practices.

Job Description

We are looking for committed, passionate and resourceful individuals to drive and deliver the Centre’s service culture and quality objectives.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Follow up on feedback from patients and stakeholders.
• Work with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Doctors, nurses, allied healthcare and ancillary staff) on conflicts resolution and ensure prompt service recoveries.
• Lead, participate or support improvement and transformation initiatives and be comfortable with using digital tools such as Zoom and teams to conduct training and execute patient oriented initiative.
• Assist with patient feedback systems maintenance, data collation, report preparation, service dashboard, customer analytics and insights.
• Assist to establish/coordinate Centre’s policies and procedures, as and when necessary, for continual improvement of service standards.
• Participate and support cluster initiatives such as the new CRM system and SingHealth Patient Advocacy Network.
