Key Responsibilities

• Plant hygiene control & factory checking.
• To perform QC check such as microbial check, sensory, & visual checks on raw materials and all finished products produced by the seasoning manufacturing line.
• To do in-house verification/ calibration on the equipment.
• To maintain QC laboratories.
• Any other work as shall be assigned by the Company from time to time.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for compliance personnel to assist in enhancing the compliance risk framework of the company. The candidate will help to manage and execute the compliance programs, provide policy guidance and to carry out compliance training for the company’s diversified investment business groups. Depending on the candidate’s experience, duties will include the following:

• Conduct compliance reviews and monitoring/surveillance across the company’s business activities;

• Develop risk-based compliance programs to facilitate the execution of compliance reviews and monitoring;

• Advise the business units in meeting regulatory requirements through implementing appropriate compliance risk policies, assisting with the design and implementation of risk and compliance management initiatives, and enhancing and improving internal processes and procedures;

• Provide compliance training and support through issuing of internal compliance updates, training modules and compliance guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in compliance, audit or risk management in the securities, financial advisory or fund management industry

• Should have knowledge of key applicable regulations in Singapore such as the Securities & Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act, MAS Notices and Guidelines, AML/CFT regulations

• Excellent writing and communication skills

• Create ATE (Advantest SmarTest PS1600) test program and integrate various test functions in test flow to support First Silicon bring up for wafer and package in NPI phase.
• Complete test development, test program transfer and product release at respective milestones.
• Perform design validation/characterization/experiment on ATE across process, voltage, frequency and temperature. Evaluate test and product margins, debug and communicate result/yield/analysis to various teams.
• Support proto demands/ramp, qualification IP owner and customer requests.
• Utilize ATE test tools and other test instrument to debug and analyze the test, design and product issue.
• Support ATE test hardware design/debug and test time reduction.
• Initiate, plan and execute multiple projects to achieve target.
• Good knowledge of product engineering, failure analysis and manufacturing test process.
• Interest in learning, researching, sharing and implementing new technology and test methodology.
• Good written/Oral communication skills.
• Result orientated and team work.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and supplier audits to evaluate compliance with quality standards.
• Participate in product and certification audits.
• Assist in the establishment and maintenance of procedures, work instructions, and document control.
• Analyze test reports and collaborate with relevant teams to identify areas for improvement.
• Address potential quality issues and work with cross-functional team members to implement follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with the relevant team to investigate root causes, develop Corrective and Preventive Actions for non-conformance or procedural failures.
• Support the preparation of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans.
• Formulate QC checklists, inspections, and procedures related to QA/QC.
• Compile monthly reports to track quality and compliance performance.
• Maintain documentation related to certifications.
• Assist the QA/QC department in areas of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) by participating in hazard assessments, incident investigations, and risk assessments when necessary.
