Job Description:

• Ensure all products, process, and system quality conform to customer’s specification and internal quality system.
• Ensure quality requirements are achieved in development of new products.
• Engage customer quality counterparts and resolve daily quality issues while providing timely analysis report to customer.
• Perform internal audit as part of quality management system and lead external (customer) audit
• Work with other sections to monitor and improve yield improvements, as well as drive quality improvement activities.
• Work with other sections to perform root causes analysis and investigation for product fallout.\
• Support production in troubleshooting of PCB related issues

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related manufacturing / operations expertise.
• More than 3 years experience in manufacturing background or equivalent.
• Proficient in electrical testing hardware and software.
• Proficient in Quality Basic Tools.

1 Broad Function

• Assist the head of department in managing feedback, appeals and executing of organisational service initiatives.
• Assist the head of department to nurture and maintain a high level of service quality, tapping on innovation and creativity, towards organisational and operational excellence.

2. Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing feedback and ensuring service recovery. This includes working with heads of departments in investigations and facilitating family conferences and replies.
• Execute organisation-wide service quality initiatives and projects to continually improve service standards, as well as provide active support for training, working with stakeholders on training needs and materials.
• Prepare quarterly reports on service initiatives and progress, as well as preparing monthly reports on service performance indicators.
• Develop the service programme as part of the annual Quality Week such as service day and quizzes.
• Help to highlight areas of improvement from feedback management and suggest improvement in workflows and processes, working across the organisation to help ensure smooth delivery of care and service. These include use of quality improvement tools and working with stakeholders.
• Support and execute duties relating to service including, but not limited to, putting up abstracts/consolidating data for award submissions, national surveys, collating and analysing feedback.
• Any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements

• Recognised degree, preferably in Business, Hospital Management or any other healthcare-related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in service quality and complaint management.
• Experience in healthcare management and administration is preferred. Experience in service industries will also be useful.
• Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind.
• Good people, planning communication, systems thinking, writing and presentation skills.
• Good spoken and written English, and ability to speak and read another language will be preferred.
• Meticulous and organised, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Able to work autonomously and establish a strong internal network to ensure effective collaboration to achieve desired results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Quality Assurance Engineer shall be responsible for leading a team of QA personals, maintain quality assurance protocols in a shipyard environment. Manage day to day inspections onsite and shall be the liaison between shipyard construction teams and client pertaining to quality assurance matters.

Job Description:

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in Rig Construction Industry (Oil & Gas Shipyard Environment)
• Must possess experience of working & managing Quality assurance matters in rig upgradation / repair assignments in shipyard environment.
• To create, prepare and implement the QA/QC plan and any associated and relevant directives and instructions needed to support the plan.
• Manage and coordinate Material arrival inspections and sign-off
• Audit vendors' compliance to organizations and regulatory quality standards.
• Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) is closely adhered to across organizational departments.
• Ensure departments are operating in alignment with organization’s quality policies.
• To develop and manage the quality control and quality assurance procedures and ensure works are up to the specifications.

• Coordinate with classification societies' and owners' representatives for relevant inspections
• Facilitate continuous improvement of production quality by implementing corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) plans
• To Perform needed tests on site to ensure works are done according to the contract specifications.
• To prepare inspection reports
• Attend meetings and liaise with the client to ensure that quality requirement is being followed at all times.
• Maintain document record master list pertaining to equipment’s & monitor on the calibrations.
• Ensure documents and record-keeping are in compliance with quality procedures for internal and external audits
• Perform other activities as per instruction by Project Manager / Engineer.
• Excellent English communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Must be able to understand, read and interpret Structural, Piping, HVAC, mechanical electrical drawings.
• Register, monitor & Closure of NCRs, Punch Lists in construction projects.

Qualifications:

• Min 10 years of work experience in a similar position in shipyard, ship building industry (Oil and Gas industry preferred).
• Bachelor’s / diploma in Engineering or related field.

• Knowledge on Playwright, Detox, Appium (good to have)
• Knowledge on Git, Github Actions & CI/CD
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills..
